Now that the fantasy rugby league season is over we can reflect on our selections made many months ago. We have compiled a list of statistics for you to browse ranging from the best overall NRLCEO point scorers, to the toughest work horse and the blistering try scorers.
For the second year running Robbie Farah has proven to be the best buy of the NRLCEO world. Eight points clear of his next rival, it is his consistency in defence and his ability to be apart of all of the big plays that sets him apart from the rest of the field. Ben Barba was at his attacking best this year. Any concerns of him not staying in first grade due to his defensive lapses have been well and truly squashed with his attacking brilliance. We're pretty sure Barba will remain near the top of the list for years to come. In third place, try scoring ace Nathan Merritt made his mark in the second half of the season. His five tries against the Eels in Round 22 being the highlight of a top year. Benji Marshall and Paul Gallen round out the top five for obvious reasons proving why they are rated the best in the world in their respective positions.
So how many of your own players have made the list? As a coach, who were you happy with? And who is getting the chop for next year?
