Round 11 Dream Teams

Dream Teams

With the short round and Origin players out it looks a very different couple of Dream Teams! This is the time of the year when the CEOs lower down the ladder can make some ground on the big guns.

Jack Reed is a much maligned NRLCEO player. Often providing CEOs patches of brilliance, but then playing like a B-Grade Pom again for the following four weeks. He topped the round this week with a massive 17 points. He was still a free agent in my competition.

Carving up the Raiders looked easy for Michael Lichaa as he scored a try, double workhorse and package of try assist, line break and line break assists on his way to 16 points.

My favourite, Scottie Boyden’s favourite and a Workhorse Watch favourite, Shaun Fensom did what Shaun Fensom does when given 80 minutes. Tackle himself to a standstill on the way to a double workhorse and a try for 13 points. I can’t believe I forgot to pick him in my team…

Here are the rest of the top performances for the round.

Round 11 Dream Team

1. Anthony Milford – 11

2. Sisa Waqa – 12

3. Jack Reed – 17

4. Aaron Gray – 9

5. Curtis Rona – 11

6. Josh Reynolds – 10

7. Luke Kelly – 5

9. Michael Lichaa – 16

10. Josh Papalii – 8

11. Manu Ma’u – 12

12. Frank Pritchard – 11

13. Shaun Fensom – 13

With only six of the current Dream Team playing this week due to byes and Origin camp there isn’t a lot of movement in the squad, but there is a HUGE new face in the team.

I almost can’t believe this – Josh Papalii is in the Dream Team. After a horrendous 2014 where he scored 38 points for the whole year from 19 games he now has 55 points from 11 games. Amazingly he makes in both the front row and back row.

My man Shaun Fensom makes the Dream Team for the first time this year as well after his solid performance.

We also have a new equal top leader. Curtis Rona joins Nathan Peats on top of the tree with 69 points each.

Overall Dream Team

1. James Tedesco – 51

2. Curtis Rona – 69

5. Alex Johnston – 51

6. Michael Morgan – 48

7. Jonathan Thurston – 55

8. Josh Papalii – 55

9. Nathan Peats – 69
