Top 10 Centres of 2015

James Roberts

The centres are traditionally the lowest scoring position in NRLCEO. In 2015 that hasn’t changed again.

The top centre of 2015 so far started off with a hiss and a roar. James Roberts had 14 tries after 15 games, but as the Tantasy Podcast boys pointed out in this week’s episode he’s been hampered by an achilles’ toe! He has scored one point since then but his season total of 81 points from 14 tries and 13 line breaks is still a great return.

English international Jack Reed would have been pretty low on CEOs draft radar (if at all!) this year. But he has proven to be very profitable in a Broncos backline that is firing. His 67 points come from 7 tries and 12 line breaks.

Equal on points with Reed, but catching fast is Dylan Walker. Fresh from a hat trick, he now has 10 tries for the season, 5 try assists and 10 line breaks. A solid return from only 15 games so far this year.

Check out the rest of the top 10 centres for 2015 so far based on our NRLCEO scoring:

Titans James Roberts 81
Broncos Jack Reed 67
Rabbitohs Dylan Walker 67
Roosters Shaun Kenny-Dowall 63
Knights Dane Gagai 61
Warriors Solomone Kata 58
Eels Brad Takairangi 51
Raiders Jarrod Croker 49
Bulldogs Josh Morris 49
Raiders BJ Leilua 49

A Founder of NRLCEO. Jamie spends far more time on running the site than his own team and is therefore a perennial struggler, much to the delight of his mates. He is a former Bears, now Raiders tragic. A rangy lock who avoided running the ball at all costs, he once tackled (flopped on) John Hopoate. Web geek by day, web geek by night.
