NRLCEO DREAM TEAM ROUND 9

After 9 Rounds of NRLCEO, these are the players that have put their hand up for glory! Jackson Ford leads the way on 96 pts, closely followed by the biggest surprise of 2026 in Thomas ‘Milky’ Jenkins on 92 pts.

Fullback – Sualauvi Fa’alogo (85) – He continues to fly the torch at the back but the chasing pack are making ground quick, most notably Dylan Edwards (71) and Scott Drinkwater (66)

Wingers – Thomas Jenkins (92) & Alex Johnston (62) – Jenkins really has come from the clouds and if you are lucky enough to own him you must de leading your comp. AJ broke the NRL try scoring record early in the season and should continue to thrive playing outside of Trell.

Centres – Latrell Mitchell (76) & Jaxon Purdue (52) – We are finally seeing the best of Latrell after many false hopes over the last few seasons, he looks fit and injury free and will go close to MVP if he plays all season. Purdue is a weapon for the Cowboys and despite a quiet last few weeks, he should continue to score big when they play well.

Five Eighth – Cody Walker (57) – Walker has quietly gone about his business this season and is the beneficiary of a resurgent Rabbitohs team.

Halfback – Nathan Cleary (72) – Easily his best start to an NRLCEO season for some time. Can he push for MVP honours this year?

Front Rowers – Jackson Ford (96 MVP) & James Fisher-Harris (58) – Ford has been enormous this season, setting the standard for all other forwards to follow. His front row partner at the Warriors, JFH is playing inspired footy this year, helping to lead the Warriors near the top of the table.

Hooker – Harry Grant (69) – Even as the Storm struggle to win a game in 2026, Grant leads the way at dummy half. His first 4 weeks were huge, scoring 49 pts, since then he has only scored a WH in each of his last four games which reflects the Storm’s poor form.

Back Rowers – Hudson Young (75) & Heilum Luki (69) – Young is most likely the premium back rower in NRLCEO at the moment and his score reflects that. Great to see Luki amongst the high scores after such a horrid run with injury.

Lock – Alex Twal (66) – Twal is a man possessed this season, scoring DWH’s for fun of late as he smashes out 80 minutes every week.

Bench Forwards – Ben Trbojevic (64) & Kulikefu Finefeuiaki (63) – Ben is now the best Trbojevic in a stunning turn of events. He has been a consistent performer all year for a Manly side that struggled until Round 4. Finefeuiaki has grown into his role at the Dolphins, becoming one of their go to forwards as well as having a consistently high work rate.

Bench Backs – Dylan Edwards (71) & Adam Doueihi (68) – Edwards has been his usual high standard at the back for Penrith as they surged to the top of the table. Doueihi has been a revelation for the Tigers, sparking their attack each week as they run teams off the park.
