NRLCEO – The NRL fantasy game that lets you take charge of your own NRL franchise!

NRLCEO is a fantasy rugby league draft game that challenges you to build a squad and compete against your mates, or the public, in a head to head league. It is based on real life scores with a player’s performance in the NRL influencing how an NRLCEO team performs each week. NRLCEO runs like the NRL in that each franchise plays head to head against another team with the winner each round being rewarded with two premiership points. Each real life player can only be picked for one NRLCEO franchise so once he is selected, that franchise has exclusive rights to him until he is cut or traded from that franchise. Gather your mates and compete against each other in your own league or join one of our public comps and test yourself against other CEO’s.

CREATE/JOIN A LEAGUE

Create your own customisable league and invite your friends to join. Choose your squad size, season length, finals series, scoring formula as well as a host of other options. Alternatively you can challenge yourself in one of our public leagues, most notably our multi tier Legends of League where we crown a Champions League winner. You can also take charge of your favourite NRL club in our supporters league, choosing the top players from your own club as the base of your team.

To start your own private league, click on ‘My Profile’ in the drop down menu on the top right. From there you can ‘Create a competition’ and customised it how you like. You will need to invite teams to fill your comp either by sharing the unique comp code or inviting players by email.

To join a public competition, including our Legends Of League and Supporters League, contact Adz via our NRLCEO socials (@Fantasy_NRLCEO on X or by email nrlceo@y7mail.com)

DRAFT YOUR SQUAD

Once your league is set it is time to draft! One by one each team will choose a player to draft into their team, making sure that you cover all positions in play in your league. This will usually mirror the real life NRL, allowing you to name a 1-17 match day squad each week.

NAME YOUR TEAM

Each week you will need to set your team, choosing a kicker and a captain (if included in your league setup). Generally players are limited by the positions they play in the NRL which is why you need to make sure you have enough players to cover teams that are on a bye in the NRL, as well as players that are injured or suspended.

WATCH THEM SCORE

Cheer on the players in your NRLCEO team as they score points that reflect their performance in the NRL. The forwards will look reach a minimum of 40 involvements to score a Workhorse (WH), whereas the backs will rely on Tries (T) and Linebreaks (LB) to score the bulk of their points. Your halves will focus on Try Assists (TA), which is setting up tries. All of your players will have the ability to score a Metre Eater (ME) if they manage to run enough metres in their NRL match.

Typical points allocation for standard NRLCEO

TRY = 4 points, WH = 5 points, LB = 1 point, TA = 2 points, ME = 2 points

but you can also add……

FIELD GOAL = 1 point, 40/20 = 1 point, Line Break Assist = 1 point, Repeat Set = 1 point

CELEBRATE OR COMMISERATE

Win matches and climb your ladder with the hope of qualifying for your finals series. From there all roads lead to the Grand Final where its either or glory or heartbreak.
