Ahhhh the 1990’s in rugby league!

Floppy jerseys, the Super League war, ARL 1996 on PC, Andrew Johns dominating the competition (and the Newcastle night scene) and Fatty Vautin dominating the Origin coaching box.

It was also pre-Internet dominance and so fantasy footy was a whole lot different! I remember checking out the options in the Daily Telegraph newspaper and posting my team in snail mail!

Amongst all that there was a whole lot of quality rugby league too!

So without further ado I present to you the greatest fantasy team of the 1990’s as selected by the NRLCEO writers:
